Have you heard the live versions of the Around the Sun songs? They're awesome! Goes to show how much production and arrangement can make an album suck.

Why is it every 6 months someone comes along & bumps all my old threads?

I like Tiny Music, for the most part. Never heard the 4th one.

I'd love to see your signature/links too, but the huge and obnoxious ones have caused me to block all signatures.

St.Anger by Metallica.
It really made me very sad.

Most Of John Martyn's 80's output was awful generic crap unfortunately

The Black album evoked the same response in me.

I always thought Louder Than Love by Soundgarden was really mediocre, and Battle Hymns by The Suicide Machines was just awful.

but surely you can give it some slack since it was only their second full length and they were still basically teenagers. it did have some classics on there, so it is hard to say (for me, at least) that it is an album i hate. loud love, hands all over, get on the snake, and hell i even enjoyed big dumb sex.
