Yeah, I think you're right, but I didn't want to go like a bull at a gate. So many Stones-Lovers in here...

Yeah but i`m one of them

I think anyone who loves the Stones as much as I do is deluding themselves if they think otherwise

Rise Up by Bad Brains... It's gross...

The 2nd most recent Weezer album (it's so **** I forgot the name), they went downhill (or fell off a cliff?) after the green album.

By The Way by the Chili's, Uplift Mofo isn't too good either...

I'm sure there are more, but eh.. That's enough.

*edit*
I loved Pablo Honey (apart from creep, that song makes me sick), maybe because it was the first ever Radiohead album I bought, and I didn't really know that it wasn't really like what they are now.

Do ya mean "Maladroit"? Yeah, I prefer "The Green Album", too.

Just 3 from me.

I'm a small U2 fan, and believe they have their moments, but seriously, "How To Dismantle an Atmoic Bomb" . . . . good lord. It was a huge step backwards for them. Have a look at a review I read. I think it's true as true can be: http://www.thebestpageintheuniverse.net/c.cgi?u=11worst

And the other huge disappointment to me was "By The Way" from The Red Hot Chilli Peppers. No specific complaint here, I just thought it was crappy.

And last, but not least, "Riot Act" By Pearl Jam. They can do so much better. No further comment.

Really? You're the first I meet on musicbanter. Cuz I have to confess: "I'm addicted to U2". And I love Bono, he's my personal obsession (Everyone's got his little faults. Nobody's perfect. Not even me.)...
Nevertheless, I'm definitly not the "snobby U2 fan". I can't deny the facts bout "How To Dismantle An Atomic Bomb". My fav album will always be "The Joshua Tree". I worship them for what they were in the past.
Funny review btw (didn't read the whole one yet, but I will)

I certainly don't hold anything against you for being a U2 fan. I don't hold anything against anyone without a decent reason. And being that you agree with my opinion, there's evenless reason to care. :-P

Bono, is a very talented man, as are the rest of U2. But just because they made a crappy album doesn't give me the right to judge them, because they have made albums like "The Joshua Tree" and "Boy" . . . and maybe there's another album, similar or better on the way.

You never know until you read it here.

1-PiL "what is not" -it's no metal box
2-Black Flag "slip it in" -it contains one of my favorite's "bars" but it sounds as if greg ginn ran out of ideas and threw together a bunch of forced demos.
3-Guns 'n roses "use your illusion 2" - still great music, but the songs dont fit and it just doesnt have that appetite.
4-311 "soundsystem" -it's too dance-ish and not rock, ill stick w/grassroots and the fire album
5-stp "core" - sure it's good repetative commercial "grunge" but im not feeling it. love 4 and tiny music though.

Yeah, Maladroit, that's the one, I've only listened to it a few times since I bought it, it's horrible.
