I probably have 20 albums that I'm not aware are of the concept variety.

Doesn't every album sort of have a concept though?

This is the first time I've ever seen anyone question the meaning of a "concept" album. I thought it was an album whose songs all share a lyrical theme (ie: 69 Love Songs, Casanova), or an album that tells a story from start to finish (ie: Hospice).
