Default Songs about moving on but being stuck.

Hey guys,
Sorry if this is confusing to understand however here we go.
Can anyone list any song(s) where the meaning is about moving on, finding a new partner but still thinking about their old one?
Doesn't worry me about the genre, i generally like most.

And this one is more about the awkwardness of seeing an old partner, rehashing old memories, and accepting moving on, but whatever.

Maybe you could try this out for size, tricky request though so forgive if I am miles off.

"Like a Drug" by They Eat Their Own came immediately to mind when I read the OP. I used to absolutely love this song back in the day.

Dylan has a quite a few songs with that theme. The ones that immediately spring to mind are If You See Her Say Hello, Sara and this one :-

I had two great ones but I didn't write them down and it slipped my mind.

so you'll just have to use this one.
