Coldplay changed. All the songs sound the same.

I don't know- for me, they were an acquired taste. At first, I heard them as a Radiohead ripoff but after being dragged to a show, and then actually listening a few times, I found myself enjoying them. But I do find them wandering away from me with the last album and this new song, but again, maybe I haven't given them a fair shake..

I meant all the songs on the new album AHFOD sound the same. I liked their older material to death, though Ghost Stories felt like a non-event. Maybe I should give of a few more spins. I'm an easy grower.

I'm not a huge fan of the group but i do own their A.R.O.B.T.T.H album which i tend to go back to now and again. I agree also that they have definitely lost the plot with their music. I've seen extracts of the new video A.O.A.L with the monkeys and quite frankly it was rather cheesy and embarrasing.

Super Bowl halftime show: Beyonce to join Coldplay - CNN.com

Talk about your smarmy event, just when I thought Coldplay couldn't become even more nauseating than they always have been, this takes it to a whole new level of yuck. Revolting.

I don't know with is worse. Vedder with Beyonce or Coldplay with Beyonce. Nevermind, the latter is a lose-lose situation in all aspects.

I'll check that dictionary, but in the meantime I'm impressed - as is everyone else in the world - by your eloquence, obvious accomplishments and success, and the evidence of your blazingly high intelligence.
