I know of Wiz & Curren$y, I just haven't heard any good songs from them that I like. My opinion though, I'm more of an old school head, I like that Jedi Mind Tricks, Camp Lo, Cannibal Ox, Aesop Rock, Pac, etc. Yeah man, send me some of that mellow ****, need to add to my horizons!

I already like Wiz Khalifa (well, somewhat). I just thought it was funny that you were contrasting him against "radio crap" since he's really popular and is on the radio.

yes which is a surprise because when he released his mixtapes it's beautiful music that mostly people who like that smooth/relaxing music enjoy

My list is mostly going to be albums that influenced my taste and music life (listening, playing, etc.) rather than albums that are irresistible and new to me.

1. Captain Beefheart & His Magic Band - Trout Mask Replica
2. This Heat - Deceit
3. miRthkon - Vehicle
4. Jandek - Blue Corpse
5. Pink Floyd - Animals

Honorable mention: Death Grips - Exmilitary, Zu - Igneo, Talking Heads - Remain in Light, Mr. Bungle - Disco Volante, Tom Waits - Rain Dogs, and Huun-Huur-Tu - Fly, Fly My Sadness
