That was me. Sour Diesel isn't my favorite strain of weed... I like Kush a bit more. But it's still as much marijuana as any other strain I've smoked. It smells stronger because its more potent. I've never seen anyone faint from smoking Sour Diesel. Or any marijuana at all honestly.

No it is. But perhaps the thing is that you're not from the states, yea? Maybe where you live there's some awful thing called sour diesel that makes people faint that's completely different than the very delicious Sour Diesel here in California and the rest of the states?

What is your favorite strain? Cheese? Maui? Purples?

I'm not sure how awful your weed options are where you're from, but here they're all pretty amazing.

LOL seriously.

No offense meant, Salami lady. There's obviously some sort of confusion. We must be talking about completely different sour diesels.

I wouldn't say smoking makes music sound better as such it just makes it sound a bit different. Some types of music benefit from this such as music with a heavy emphasis on low frequencies and groove such as trip-hop or doom metal. Music with a lot of density and texture seems to sound a bit better as well or a bit 'clearer'. The first time I listened to Loveless while high I noticed there were drums on 'To Here Knows When' and listening to 'Blown a Wish' basically blew my head off.

There's certain types of music that I have no interest in listening to while high such as punk or singer-songwriters so it really depends on the type of music. It doesn't make all music sound better.

I find dreamy/relaxing/trippy stuff to be the best stoned. For example I'm not a huge fan of MBV's Loveless sober but when I'm high it is ****ing orgasmic.

Cannabis definitely isn't for everyone, and if that became a habitual problem for me I definitely wouldn't smoke anymore. But it's the same thing with alcohol...if you're predisposed to the alcoholic gene it probably would not be wise to go binge drinking on weekends.
it brought the "secret schizophrenia" in me

If Ive learned anything through the years as a member here at MB, or any music forum for that matter. Everything has basically already been discussed many times over and over! It does get boring at times for any music enthusiast who has been around for any lengthy period of time.

But I consider that a part of the learning process for any individual (music enthusiast). If this is not "common knowledge", then you have not been very active in these forums or any other music forum for that matter. And this is not Rocket Science.

Do you have any ideal how many times that active users have repeated themselves through the years with almost every subject there is concerning music, bands, artist, genres, styles, etc.

Members will always be leaving and replaced by new ones, that's just the way it is.

Some people are never satisfied and always have the habit of speaking before they think, in my opinion.

See you in the forums anticipation. (Peace)!

qft

though, i do think some music sounds better stoned. not all.
there are definitely some artists i avoid entirely while high because i can't stand listening to them...
sober or not.

(also, sour diesel, while incredibly overrated, is still pretty tasty...you must be getting some bunk ****. but then again, i'm kind of spoiled because of living in an area with relaxed marijuana laws.)

Interesting, why do think it's overrated? Not saying I disagree, but it's an interesting position given the fact that pretty much everyone and their mother tend to love the stuff.

I'm going to have to say that weed definitely enhances the listening experience. Having said that; I wouldn't say there's anything I enjoy while high, that I don't like sober. It just enhances the experience. In my opinion anyway.
