I'm ok with this band, but I'm not running out to buy their albums.

I'm somewhere between Elph and Ori on this one.

CCR is what starts playing when a crazy drag racing voodoo priestess mama sicks her hounds on you, and you can hear the howls growing louder as you scramble to get out of the bayou.

It's also what plays when the priestess decides to have mercy on you, and you both crack open some beers on her porch.

10/10 unassailable band.

It's like the dad-rockiest of all dad-rock bands.

Possibly in a good way.

Only person I've ever heard listening to CCR in the wild was a nutty old biker guy that used to stay at the campground where I work who liked to blast it at like 5:00 A.M.

Anyway, it's more like grandpacore. Most dads around here just play top 40 pop and country. The super old folks are the ones that know what's what.

You got it right but it's a fan boat chase.

Throw in some wolves and of course alligators, and perhaps a dodgy moonshiner just for fun. CCR are (and I hate to use the word but it's apt) awesome. End of.

CCR is awesome, and Clearwater itself is pretty chill, too. Probably the only band that makes me okay with being from Florida.
