What do ya think of my voice?

Hi , I'm not here to promote anything, just want some criticism. So I'm starting to come out of my shell and I am recording myself singing. I want you to rate my voice in this song, it's an old classic country song by George Jones that tells a sad story.

This definitely doesn't show my full potential in my voice, I made a lot of mistakes. I kept holding out the notes, they're not suppose to be in the original song. My pitch kept changing, and I messed up a word in the chorus. Rate my overall voice tho

Okay, I'm no expert on singing, by any means. So don't take this to be anything but a naive opinion.

I wasn't very fond of it. Granted, you are singing country, which traditionally does not need a great singing voice, but you sounded nasally. I have no suggestions how to improve, because I don't really sing well myself, but that's my two cents.
