I'm curious how all these albums from 2000 qualify as being released after 2000.

I really do not understand the whole Ed Sheeran thing. I saw more emotion in my cat's wails last week when he had an infection.

Just for ****s and giggles. 13 years is a pretty broad time frame to cull any sort of definitive list.

Arms and Sleepers - Matador (2009)
Grizzly Bear - Yellow House (2006)
Mount Kimbie - Crooks and Lovers (2010)
Ray Lamontagne - Till the Sun Turns Black (2006)
Lil' Wayne - The Carter III (2008) (You see, I'd just gotten divorced, well, separated-- don't you judge me-- and there was this gorgeous Mexican girl named Vanessa who also just happened to be my new roommate, And was quite persistent in her quest to help me forget about all my misgivings. This just happened to be the soundtrack to the memorable Summer Shagfest of 2008. Perhaps that influences my opinion of this album in a positive manner. Either way, I like it so...suck it.)
Isis - Panopticon (2004)
