Eh, no we don't. If I hate a song why would I listen to it, unless the power to change it is outside my control, like listening to the radio in a friend's car or something. Everyone has free will: you don't like something, don't listen to it.

I can't see any situation where I'd listen to something I hated, unless maybe not to hurt someone's feelings who liked it, or something along those lines.
