Cliff Richard's Mistletoe and Wine is nauseatingly insipid, and the christmas song that Gary Glitter did [for obvious reasons].

Any cover of some banal, generic, old-fashioned christmas song by some sort of diva more concerned with showcasing her vocal acrobatics than actually paying any attention to what little tune and lyrical merit the track might have had to begin with.

[Offenders would be people like Mariah Carey, Christina Aguilera, Leona Lewis, Beyonce etc.]

I first heard about that album through a book called Hollywood Hi-Fi a long time back, and I knew that it had to be compared to nails on a chalkboard.

I'm sure that the Brady's Christmas Album found it's way into the cut-outs in quick time!

Worst Christmas song ever:

They still dig that one up every single year. Frankly, it's time for it to die.

I'm assuming it's about little starving African children? Well since they can't afford calenders then we're probably safe.
