Default Blondie demo?

Hello, I have an odd album: "Call Me Blondie & Georgio: Disco-Tec Sencillo label on the cover--but the vinyl has a blank white label with hand written letters: " Ky-lee's B-Day kutz" and the other side says "B & G Instrumental" Is it a Mexican demo?

It's just a white label copy that record companies would distribute to clubs to gauge reaction to the song before they decided to release it as a single or not.
Very very common & not rare in the slightest.
