It was merged into the other thread, because the other one serves the same purpose, and we try not to clutter the forum with repeated topics.

This one will be merged as well. :)

I've been using Spotify for a while now, and now I couldn't imagine not using it. All the music you want to listen to, played with ease.

I closed it because making multiple threads on the same subject is against the rules.
If it's in the wrong place it'll be moved to the right place, and it was. In here.

I have it never use it

I tried making a simple playlist and post it on facebook gotta grow through like 4 hoops just to do that and other people cant even see it unless they also have spootify

Well, duh! The playlists are made on Spotify, play through Spotify using their proprietary software: why would you even think it would be possible to play the music created on Spotify without the programme itself??

Goofle 05-08-2013 12:39 PM

Yeah, I was gonna ask if you thought it was worth it.

Vintage Norg.

I used to use Spotify when I was younger, but music isn't exactly hard to source from the internet. If there's an album I particularly want, 95% of the time I can find it somewhere. I know they have Spotify Mobile now, but I just prefer putting music onto my Ipod as I can take it with me and listen anywhere instead of just being stuck at a computer listening.

I find it very handy for albums I want to review, but may not actually want to buy. Or for series I do, like the David Soul one. It was magic for that, hadn't to buy or download a single album! Sweet.

My thing is why pay for Spotify when YouTube is free.

14232949 05-10-2013 06:27 AM

you only have to pay for Spotify Premium. And, YouTube, c'mon man. It's too much fiddling about and the quality is usually bad.
I just like the notion of one day soon filling my 160GB Ipod, I'm getting there. Just a couple hundred more tracks.
