Most of the posts imply that he is overrated and most of the soul/funk band artists are overlooked or underappreciated on this site compared to the rock bands.

And yet the hip hop forum gets plenty of traffic. The country forum go so little traffic it was merged with the folk forum which got little traffic too so your point is kind of invalid there.

And again if you think people in here are saying he's overrated you've clearly not read the thread.

I feel like I've read these same arguments over and over. He was a talented guy. End of. It's overrated how much he is debated about.
