I see what you are saying but honestly he doesn't appeal to me and neither does Justin.

Have you listened to The 20/20 Experience? I think it's fantastic.

I downloaded because everyone was raving about it but honestly I haven't listened to it yet. All my attention is on Yeezus which is growing on me. So when I get home from work I'll throw it on my iPod and see what I think.

They have completely different styles so it doesn't really make much sense to compare them.

I liked Nickelback's first 2 or 3 albums (kinda lost touch with their music after that). I like a lot of their rock ballads Ive heard on the radio through the years.

I admit a lot of their music does sound the same. But that doesn't mean that they aren't a good band with some really good songs.

I like Photograph and Far away, as well as a couple other songs by them too.

I agree with others, this is an awkward comparison.

This has to be my favorite Nickelback song. It doesn't sound like the other ones that get radioplay and I use it while playing racing video games. It makes pretty decent driving music.

No Nickelback thread is complete without this.

Edit: Oh yeah, I'm supposed to contribute to this thread as well.

I can spot a Nickelback song, even if I had never previously heard it. I can't with Biebs. I have more negative things to say about Nickelback, but I also have more positive. All I know about Justin Bieber really is that it's really cool to think he's gay.

It's a wash.

A few Nickelback songs are good, including "How You Remind Me," "Too Bad," and "Rockstar." Beiber hasn't done one that's at that level, in my opinion, although of course his voice is much better than Chad Kroeger's. Why the comparison? Because they're probably the two-biggest male-fronted Canadian international acts of the past 15 years.

I think Nickelback should do a medley of those songs and call it "Too Bad How You Remind Me of a Rock Star" ya know it could be their encore song or something.
