Vinyl, Magentic tape, cd or mp3?

What is the ultimate medium for music? A debate raged since we had more than one option.

I say you should bow down to the superior sound of vinyl.

Vinyl, because it's magical.

It's true, all the others you can explain in simple terms, but not vinyl, put a needle in the groove and turn it, music just comes out, it can actually be listened to without electricity.

i know what you mean and mp3s just arent as enjoyable in a way, but there's something about vinyl, like magical......*high*

PhishFood · 06-08-2005, 07:49 PM

Horayy for Vinyl!

SATCHMO · 06-08-2005, 07:54 PM

Vinyl is cool because you have to baby your records. Any slob can own a CD collection, but if you're gonna' have a vinyl collection and keep listening to it at all you have to love your music like it was your child.
