Again, can we please have this thread de-stickied and maybe even closed? Nobody's interested, and three of us have tried to resurrect the idea but been met with blank apathy mostly. It's a little annoying given the title --- the mixthread is most certainly NOT back! --- and a reminder to me every time I login that I failed to kick life back into this. Twice.

So unless anyone has an objection, I really think killing this stone dead is the way to go. Can one of you mods make that happen please? Thanks.
