Default Which band are you into lately?

I don't know about you ppl but i periodically change my favourite band within my favourite bands that is to say, i periodically focus on one band with a specific sound that i like and listen to it constantly then i drop them and move on to another band.

i don't know how to explain it, but each band has as unique sound that no other band can replace and though we all like alot of bands we like to keep our favorite bands close by and we keep revisiting them periodically

The band im really into lately is Sonic youth
ive always liked sonic youth but they have so many songs that it's a hit or miss situation for me

some songs i love like this one
Sonic Youth - Incinerate - YouTube

(im actually fricking obsessed with that song at the moment)

But others i don't like and i won't mention them because well.. i don't like them.

But still, as a band i really like their sound it speaks to me personally for whatever reason so at the moment im really into them

which band are you really into lately?

I can't stop listening to the Stereophonics at the moment. I know they're not all that popular on this site, but I can't help but love them. (yes, even their new stuff)

I'm also listening to The Hives a lot recently. A lot of charisma, a lot of style, underrated in my humble

I'm totally enthralled by The Aristocrats' "Culture Clash". Flawless work of art.

i really like the RHCP especially the newer RHCP from Californication till now..
The old chilly pepper was more funk and i like that but not all the time the new chilly peppers are more mellow and melodic but they can still funk it up plus their lyrics now are great! i didn't use to pay attention to the RHCP for their lyrics but that all changed with californication

David Byrne, yeah. They were cool, and from the same CBGB's scene as the Ramones, Blondie, and others. You like the Pixies right, so Talking Heads are quite similar in many ways I think.

Those are their big songs but here's more:

And She Was (this one has a great video too)
Life During Wartime
Heaven
Road to Nowhere
Girlfriend is Better
Wild Wild Life

I love all those songs!
