Default How much bands pay the venue?
When bands or artists do live performances at venues, how much do they have to pay the venue? Say the tickets are $10 and they sell 100 tickets, therefor making $1000... Does the venue they performed at get a percentage of this, or does the band / artist pay them a fee before hand?

How does this work and what are the costs like?
