Has anyone heard of SingWho?

A friend of mine posted his cover vidoes on Singwho. I've never heard of it, but he said it was a new site kinda like YouTube. You can post music videos and enter contest. He said it also has a social network feel to it to. I checked it out and it seemed pretty cool, but was wondering if anyone else has used/heard of it??? Thanks!
