Experts says that listening music is the key to good health

There's no doubt that listening to our favorite music can instantly put our mind in a good mood. But scientists are now discovering that music can do more for us than just lift our spirits. Music can remove our all tiredness from mind instantly. When we listen music it's automatically works our mind and body, and refreshes us.
When slow rhythms are played, our blood pressure and heartbeat slow down which helps us breathe more slowly, thus reducing muscle tension in our neck, shoulders, stomach and back. And experts say that apart from physical tension, music also reduces psychological tension in our mind.
Experts also says that when we are working music can control our working speed. It helps us work freely. During working music can give us a better workout in several ways. Scientists claim it can increase our endurance, boost our mood and can distract us from any discomfort experienced during our workout.

Seriously interesting subject. Music can also contribute to resolving the obesity issue. Over-eating and just slobbing around is an emotional reaction. The human mind/emotion can switch from negative to positive with just the slightest fluctuation in environment.

Music is an essential part of that environment.

I'm guessing it makes your heart race and cause sexual frustration?

I think music is good for health, but that's just because it aids in happiness, which contributes very positively to your overall health. What the study says about heart rates and music is bull****, though.

It is part of it but it is not the entire reason though.

Listening to the weird music of Blue Öyster Cult during the years 1973-1975 helped me to recover from a psychosis (schizophrenia specifically)!

My fascination with the BÖC music helped me to develop a better ability to focus on "reality out there" instead of remaining lost in my entertaining, but useless, fantasies/daydreams.
