It depends on which downtown area you are yelling it. You'll either get welcomed with open arms or beat the hell up.

There isn't anything wrong with being Pro white where the issue comes down to is when prejudiced mind sets comes into play along with discrimination but I shouldn't even have to explain this. This is simple stuff. Also systematic racism as well.
