It's just not that good. It's not as good as the college trilogy.

Dude, hate? That's heavy. I dig the country vibes yo. I feel like they should've stuck with it for longer. It's got this melancholy groooooove man that's real nostalgic. "American Mary" is gold, man. But you don't dig? Shame.

TBH, Yeezus is the only Kanye album I can stomach, only the first half at that. The other albums bore me too much. My Beautiful Dark Twisted List of Adjectives has a couple of decent songs but on the whole it's nothing special to me.

First half of Yeezus is good but it's far too inconsistent compared to his other albums and some of the lyrics are seriously awful. As in so bad they take me right out of the music.

its crazy because i think the first half of MBDTF is sweet but then just turns into songs i dont care about at all. So weird how I can dig songs on half an album so much and be utterly indifferent to the other half. Yeezus is my fav of his but it still seems like an incomplete work to me for some reason. Good idea, not fully realized.

In short I think Kanye makes great songs, but not great albums

I actually really agree with this. Even if you go all the way back to College Dropout, it's a great album but All Falls Down and Jesus Walks are even greater singles.
