Hey guys and gals,

I'm a student at Bath Spa University, currently working on creating a theoretical framework for the self-promotion of independent musicians. I'm trying to make 'business strategies' surrounding promotion pricing and distribution more effective in 2 ways; firstly by reconciling any differences in attitudes consumers and musicians have, and secondly by looking at new technologies - how to most effectively use what the internet provides. I've done some interviews with artists, and I'm sending out a survey to consumers.
