I use to go to outdoor festivals, but it's just become a giant pain in the ass. Lets face it a few thousand people scrolling through their cell phones which they can't seem to put down and the long lines for bathrooms, food and drinks has totally ruined my attending these things anymore.

I am going to a music festival for the atmosphere in july. I don't know most of the bands playing but it's just going to bring back a lot of great memories from high school.

Mainly the atmosphere. That vibe and sense of connection you get from being with thousands of similarly minded, high, happy and free people. It's a powerful feeling and one I've only felt as music festivals and raves.
