Really can't believe we haven't gotten a very obvious choose out of the way The Flaming Lips post-Soft Bulletin.

I would also add Xiu Xiu, and Ghost B.C. although not sure if Xiu Xiu will count they do seem to have some very psych stylings in lots of their songs.
