Default the "and"

Hi, guys,

I'm translating a film about an jazz band and need your help given that I'm no pro in this area.

what is the "and" in this sentence:

(jazz band conductor giving instructions)

Bar 17. The "and" of four.

Thanks in advance for your help

Nothing I've heard, and I've been reading music in a choir and as a pianist for years.

EDIT: Could it be "end"? As in "bar seventeen, end of [page] four."

Moss and Neapolitan, yeah, I'm pretty sure that's it. Falling into place now.

Thanks!
