Gotta think about if from these old band's perspectives, though. Gotta wonder how many of them are even remotely invested in the music they're making these days. You spend long enough on the road, recording, and playing gigs it becomes all you really know, imagine the weight of "normal life" for them, to go from decades as a travelling musician to any other 9 - 5 career would **** your head right up. The bands listed above will keep rolling on until they retire or it kills them, no matter how many ****ty albums they release in the meantime, no matter how badly it tarnishes their legacy. I think a lot of us would do the same if we were in their shoes.

Sympathy for the washed up rockstar.

#1. At this stage of the game F*CK Kiss. They are not rock musicians. They were until they struck gold. From that moment on they became a business only focused on making money.

#2. You gotta think that these guys are rich enough not to have to do it so part of it is the demand and them wanting to rock, and the other part of it is them wanting to keep making money for their concert support team .

#3. Not familiar enough except to say that in hindsight, Corgen's voice is very hit and miss for me.

#4. Still relevant. No issues at all.

#5. Zero knowledge of the band.

#6. Tough one. On one hand I understand that Brian May is still in love with Freddie and what that band did together. On the other I'm pissed at him for calling anything post-Mercury Queen.

Sometimes I think about bands I don't like and wish they would break up, but then their members might go on to form equally bad bands and the virus spreads. Perhaps it's best contained.

I don't know how to break this to you but they were always into merchandising. Their "rock" image was a set up for merchandising, so nothing ruined there. Kiss should had broken up the day they got together. They were nothing more than a clown act, as for their music it's like they say you can polish a turd.
