He closed recs many pages back, and then he took a reviewing hiatus. This thread is currently used just for music convo until TH gets back on the grind.

In fairness, TLP is correct: I never closed recs, and in fact I said in the "taking a break" post that I would continue to take recs. So for now you can keep throwing them at me. God knows when I'll get to them though. To be fair to everyone, I'll keep recs open for the rest of the week. After that they'll be closed.

TLP, all my rules are in the OP, but if you don't understand something feel free to ask me. I do check the thread, even if I'm not actually reviewing at this time.

Batty posted something about only being able to post once every four posts, and only one rec per post. If that's true then you should put it in the OP.

I did. Rule 8

8. Each member who recs an album must wait until four more members have recd before submitting another. This is to stop certain members monopolising the selection.

As for your recs, I will spread them out over the list, but they will have to conform to the current rules structure. As I said in the OP, some people were hitting me with two/three recs a day, and it wasn't fair to others who were not getting their chance, which is why I changed it from a FCFS model to this.

It's not your fault. Again, in fairness, I did open the recs July 9 and say they'd only be open for a short while. But then I decided to shut the whole thing down for a bit, and forgot to say when recs were closing. Essentially I just missed it. Since I did, and since there was confusion over it, I feel it's only fair to keep them open now for the rest of the week. I'll post again when they're closing, but it will be Sunday unless there's a huge influx I can't deal with and have to cut off earlier.
