I have a 4gb creative labs player, I can watch videos on it and carry about 534 songs......I'm happy with that. The way it looks is how the new video ipod nano's look. I swear they totally ripped the idea off from creative for that new ipod nano. I'd never support apple. Never buying a Mac or their stupid Ipod.
of course not. I'm a music whore.

i have a 4gb ipod and i've never had trouble with it, but i have absolutely no room left on it. anyways, i wouldn't get an ipod. oh, some advice: if you're going to get an mp3, you might as well get the biggest one they have; none of this 4gb nonsense. You'll just want to buy a bigger one next week. = )

I have a 4 gig Nano. It's great in the car or walking but the sound quality sucks. Another more audio-based forum I'm a member of says that the Zune is the best sounding, best featured, supported player.

But convience, rules. Better than no music.

Default Yuck

I don't own an IPOD, but I know a lot of people who do!!

My sisters breaks down all the time. When i went to get an MP3 player I stayed away from the IPODS. I get myself a Creative Zen, 30 GB and it was cheaper than an Ipod and I love it!!

I was on the city bus yesterday and I swear to god I counted 15 people with white headphones......

I love my ipod....I keep having to upgrade thou first I had a Nano , then a video 30G and now I have a 60G one and its almost filled :X

I have had mp3 players (irivers, and Creative) in the past but I prefer an ipod. In fact I worked at a store where I sold mp3 players .I dont know what you people are going on about them breaking. I used to treat my ipod like gold when it was my nano. Then I went tree planting with my 30G and put it threw hell and have no problems at all, As long as you get a good case its pretty safe....the head phones are **** on the other hand

I have an ipod, I have had one from new and yes the battery life is something of an issue, but i think that the benefits outweigh that, you have a USB charger and so you can charge it at any computer, or the pluf charger which you can use on the mains, i keep the usb lead in my bag so as long as i have access to a USB port i am sorted, plus i-tunes is a doddle to use. I would personally recommend one.

I would say from fully charged, i use mine for about 2 hours a day and i will go about 3 or 4 days without charging even then the battery is not completely dead

you can get chargers that you dont need a Usb port. and I dont know what you guys are going on about Battery life I play mine from 6 in the morning till 3 in the afternoon so that is a good 10 hours of none stop playing. I find people drain the battery from playing around with it too much like picking a different song each time. Just make one play list for the day and go
