Mixtape Live!

Merging the ill-fated "Weekly Mixtape" and "Mixtube" thread, this is what I propose:

A theme is chosen. For this first one I'll choose it but anyone who wishes to can suggest the next one. Everyone then posts ONE YouTube video that fits that theme. It can be that the band is named after the theme, or the song is, or it has the theme in its lyric, or whatever. Any genre, but again only one song per post per person. Please don't duplicate songs and if possible don't post the same artiste/album as someone else has, so check the videos before yours.

Other than that, it's free for all really. When we've gone far enough with the theme we can choose the next one. Oh, and it would be nice if we did a comment on the previous video, or videos, so that it's not just a string of songs with no real input other than that.

Like the Mixtube? Certainly, but a) I see that's not so popular these days and b) it asks for different people to post a number of videos on different themes. This is all one theme, and only one video at a time. Oh yeah, please title your videos in case they don't show up for someone or get deleted and we're left with a blank space. Also, if possible (though not carved in stone) one video per person per theme. If you want to post more, let a few people go before you post again, but again, one video per post.

Anyhoo, the randomly-chosen theme for this first session is

GHOSTS!

That can be really anything supernatural or scary, but preferably revolving around ghosts. So say "Wuthering Heights" or "Ghost town" or "Spirit slips away" would be acceptable, whereas "Love song for a vampire", really not so much. Come on: there must be thousands of songs about ghosties. Here's mine to start off.

Cool. I'll make comments for the first two, but if you can just drop in a line or two about the video before the one you post, just to keep it as I say a bit more than just drop-video-and-go. You don't have to, but it would be nice and I think might work better if we do that.

Anyone who has a suggestion for a new theme is welcome to put i forward any time, and we can either vote on it if there are more than one or just implement it. Anyone input on how many videos we should allow before changing the theme? Ten? Twenty? More?

I don't want to say too much because it will ruin the story(maybe, lol). Nice chill beat with a story that I enjoy. It's about One Be Lo making music.
