Well what I thought was you wanted people to make an album proposal you would pick the album that is to be voted on. Like you did in the Prog thread, you know the one ...the one you kicked me out of.

Oh, and Happy Christmas. (I'm sure you have an appropriate icon; I don't).
Happy Christmas too. I thought you had a seasonal/holiday avatar. You don't think your avatar is appropriate for this time of year?

Not really, and it never even got off the ground. This may crash and burn too, but we're not pitting one album against another here. It's a simple case of yeah, nay or may.

Yeah but I made it totally clear how this was to go. I can't help what you personally took from it, but unlike other threads where the premise was somewhat unclear to some people, I think everyone here got it from the off.

With one exception.

Also, let's set the record straight about the PRAC: you wanted to just breeze in and out of that, reviewing when you felt like it and ignoring albums you weren't interested in, while the whole point of the PRAC (may its proggy soul rest in peace) was that EVERYONE listened to EVERY album and gave their opinion. You tried changing the rules for you, and everyone knows if I'm nothing else (and I'm not) I'm a stickler for rules. So you only had yourself to blame there.

Guess you had the last laugh though: wasn't that you I saw dancing (out with the moonlit knight) on the poor PRAC's grave? Or is it a case that You can't dance?

He said yes, Trollheart. Mark it down.

Also a strong yes for Slowdive.

I figure as much that is how it went, but i doubted myself to thinking otherwise. Let's just say I was conditioned by your negative waves, esp. in the Proggy album thread.

I like how you said that "you wanted to just breeze in and out of that..." just call me "Breezy" I would have loved to participate more, if I wasn't so busy (sorta), and have access to those albums, etc.

Yeah, It sorta reminds me of this too:
http://www.musicbanter.com/general-m...r-edition.html
... but in this instances the albums members mention are being voted on, maybe that is how that the 1001 thread should had be done in the first place, maybe, idk... I'm not stoked about a popularity contest.
