We are voting albums we like least off, not for the one we like most. It will be the last one still standing.

Aladdin Sane can go for me but Diamond Dogs isn't my cup of tea either. Yeah, Aladdin Sane.

Just been playing Pin Ups again. isn't it plain awful?

It's pretty awful, but I seriously think Young Americans isn't far behind. So surprised it's (at least relatively) well liked here.

Diamond Dogs is my fave glam Bowie personally. And I dig Young Americans too, though it's no Station to Station.

Yeah just been playing Young Americans this morning and it's patchy. But it includes 'Fame' and that keeps it in here for me.

By the way, as I'm new I was wondering where (or if) there is a general Bowie thread?

I really like that song, but the great versions on "Stage" and "Live Nassau Coliseum '76" make YA unnecessary for me to bother with.

The official Bowie thread has been inactive for some time now:
http://www.musicbanter.com/general-m...ie-thread.html

We do the majority of our bowieing in this memorial thread nowadays:
http://www.musicbanter.com/general-m...al-thread.html

And there's this thread about Blackstar:
http://www.musicbanter.com/new-relea...blackstar.html
