Yeah, Outside is the obvious winner here.
I really think it's among his best albums.
"I'm Deranged" (due to being featured in Lost Highway) was also the first Bowie song I consciously heard and I loved it immediately.

Can't say it really stands out to me, but it's certainly a good one as well.
Have you listened to LiveAndWell.com?
Pretty cool live album from that era, but it's not well known due to only being available through his online fan club.
