The ones I'm aware of are:

A Reality Tour
BBC Radio Theatre, London, June 27, 2000
Bowie At The Beeb
David Live
Live Nassau Coliseum '76
Live Santa Monica '72
LiveAndWell.com
Stage
Ziggy Stardust-The Motion Picture

My favourites are Stage (it's kinda laid-back, but still great and there's a lot of Adrian Belew to enjoy) and Live Nassau Coliseum '76.
I also really like David Live. He isn't in particularly good form on that one, his throat sounds kinda sore, but it still rocks and the large line-up sounds damn funky. Him sounding somewhat ****ed up actually kinda gives the whole thing an additional edge.

Play Band of Gypsies and you'll find out.
