I don't know what stress balls are, or how they compare to stress stones... but Gustov Holst automatically channels whatever stress I'm feeling, into something more productive...

Let's see...here are a few that come to mind:

Ambulance - The Curse of Vale Do Lobo
Bibio - Ambivalence Avenue
Boards of Canada - Music Has the Right to Children, Geogaddi
Foscil - Residential
Pinback - Pinback, Blue Screen Life
Pink Floyd - Meddle, Obscured by Clouds
Plaid - Rest Proof Clockwork, Heaven's Door OST
Simon & Garfunkel - Sounds of Silence, Parsley, Sage, Rosemary and Thyme, Bookends, Bridge Over Troubled Water
Sunken Foal - Fallen Arches
Tipper - Surrounded
Kurt Vile - Wakin on a Pretty Daze

This has reminded me that a lot of the music I listen to is relatively high anxiety. And I'm an anxious person. Maybe I should listen to more ambient and mellow stuff. But I like rock n roll dammit!

I'd love to see your signature/links too, but the huge and obnoxious ones have caused me to block all signatures.

Definitely these! adding a beer makes them even more relaxing.

Not all songs in this OST make me feel calm, but most do. :P

A whole bunch of Tipper albums fall into this category for me. I love them for their ability to transport me somewhere else. Broken Soul Jamboree is probably my favorite for that. Makes me feel like I'm living on the spaceship in the movie Silent Running.
