That would be Magma, who are from France.

Pixies sang some of their lyrics in Spanish on their earlier songs. Maybe they still do. I can't be bothered to check. Also, Peter Gabriel has done German language versions of some of his albums. Some songs by The Fall feature some German, or at least attempts at that language. And IIRC The Stranglers' bassist sang at least one of their songs in French.

Enya records in English, Irish and even a totally fictional language akin to Elvish.

Celine Dion records in English, but also puts out records in her native French too.

Shakira does English and Spanish, like many other Latin artists.

Christine & The Queens released her debut album in French, then re-recorded it in English for the American/UK market.

Johnny Cash recorded Ring Of Fire in Spanish. It used to be pretty common for artists to record many different versions of the same songs for different countries - Sandie Shaw recorded most of her hits in English, French, German - and ABBA have a Greatest Hits out all in Spanish, called Abba Oro.

There's a lot, I guess.

Of course there are many artists that use more than one language. A lot of Spanish indie bands come to mind, for instance. Sidonie began their career singing in English. Afterwards they started to sing in Spanish.

There are many examples, really...

But if the question is about artists that use more than one language IN A SINGLE SONG..... well, that's a different thing. I think we could mention Fuel Fandango, for instance:

Does Rammstein count? They relased songs in languages other than German: English and Spanish, only two though.
