So while we do the non-genre of female pop singers since that seems to be what you idiots are into, we'll also be doing a runoff vote for thrash to decide who takes the last slot.

Vote for one
anthrax
exodus
suicidal tendencies
dri
dri

I really don't know what you mean by "them" in "I'd think you'd hate them." -- DRI, Anthrax or both? Yeah, I listen to DRI, but I won't go out of my way to listen to Anthrax. FTR I won't listen to Metallica.

I don't assume anyone here knows my taste because I don't talk about the bands I like too much (not on the same level as some people talk about Led Zeppelin.) and B when I do those bands are usually ignored. I find it amusing you are even mentioning DRI.

Because I've never seen you mention any band even marginally like DRI.

That one would have fallen flat had I not been in a "SILLY MOOD".

I only know one Nancy Sinatra song, These Boots Are Made for Walking, which was written by Lee Hazlewood. He also worked with Duane Eddy. These Boots ... was covered by dozens of bands & artists, like Kein Mehrheit Für Die Mitleid aka KMFDM, The Humans w/ Robert Fripp and Jessica Simpson etc etc the list goes on.

I didn't vote for Karen cause she was in a band with her brother, Carpenters, and not a solo artist. I still fear being rebuked by Guy even though I haven't seen him in weeks. Anyway ftr I think Karen is indisputably the best female singer mentioned so far.

Can we do Funk next for upcoming genre switch tomorrow?

Also I think we should start making suggestions on what people want to switch over to.

Oh or maybe Krautrock since I know jack **** about it. Have you guys done Krautrock in this thread yet?

Maybe some Soul or R&B?

Nevermind, just saw the OP and read the rounds. No Krautrock in sight.
