Riot Grrrl is a punk genre so Bikini Kill is okay with me.

Punk is kind of a big genre, what constitutes punk here. Post punk bands like Bauhaus, folk punk like the Pogues, are we talking more straight up punk rock and hardcore?

I went with more classic punk if I could. I think we could in the future even do a separate round for hardcore and other punk genres.

I would have voted for the Stooges, but I'm assuming there's gonna be a proto-punk battle, so I might as well save them for that.
