I saw them in 1977 on the Farewell to Kings tour and then again in 1996 on the Test for Echo tour.

For me, it was my first gig in general. Like, I'd never seen a live performance of music in general. And yes, I do like Muse. And I enjoyed the show. Very ****ing cheesy at times (the whole show), but it was epic. After that, I started going to small bars and venues to watch my uncle perform in his band, and obviously I got a taste for my local metal scene. Which is very excellent by the way. Haven't been to any other arena performances though. If I had the money, I'd totally go to more, since there's loads of bands I really want to see.

Fitchburg Theater. Maybe 1,500 people. Geddy had only 1 small synth at that point. I had my elbows on the stage right in front of Alex. Dude was sweating on me half the night. My life was forever changed.

Farewell to Kings would've been awesome. When I saw them they played 2112 in its entirety as part of their 3+ hour set which is all that any Rush fan could ask for.
