So post a new album every sunday starting next sunday(2/26), and we are doing the Black Ryder album this week?

Deadline for reviews will be Saturday at midnight (PST)?

and does everyone agree with not posting a review late to avoid mixing up album reviews? If you miss it o well, no penalty, just keep the thread moving.

I guess this works. Post Sunday, take Monday as the beginning of the review/listen cycle, finishes following Saturday night. Not that important deadlinewise as to the time really: I'm cool with runovers of a few hours, as long as we don't get into days.

Not sure sure about "lateys" though: some people may have real-world stuff which would delay them, so maybe they can add reviews later if they mention they're going to have to do that? Or maybe we just do what you say above. Again, I'll let you guys decide, though it won't really matter until we're on to the second album at least.

Speaking of second albums, if, as seems likely, we're now all pretty much going for a one-week listen, can others post their choices? There's nothing to stop anyone listening to a bunch of albums in a row, just as long as you only post the reviews within the specified period.

No.. the first review, going by my recommendations, will be 2/19-2/25.. new album gets posted 2/26.

It's probably a tie between that and "Heavier than a Death in the Family" for best albums I've pulled from this forum
