1/3 brilliant classics, 1/3 really good, 1/6 alright, 1/6 unfocused and annoying. I'm more careful with my releases these days so that first category is going to be growing.

Again, it's probably my bluntness throwing you off. I don't usually go "well shucks it sure is a nice album for an indie rock band but it's not for me." I usually just call it ****.
How much of that did you decide you liked after high school? It kind of doesn't count when you're a child/teenager without even a basic sense of their own taste. I'm inclined to think that was in the past, cause those are some really cheesy views for an adult to hold.

Classical doesn't count cause you're already pretentious, and folk and country are too similar for that to truly count as being open minded, so I'll give you 1.5 genres discovered in a 4-5(?) year period. Top notch.

Thanks. I was just ****ing with you anyways, I only like free jazz. I didn't realize that before and was trying to trick myself into liking other non-God genres. Thank you for helping me realize this.

Nah it's more like I listen to something I've decided is **** but then I listen to it and it's good so then I have to go hide and listen to it in secret because I'm so ashamed.
