Great, quick reviews. Kind of surprised you found Rage For Order weak in places lyrically: the album was eerily prophetic when it came to describing mankind's relationship with technology and the inevitable singularity that would emerge with the birth of true AI.

I never thought I'd see someone say that None So Vile had any lackluster vocals.

They were just lacking that kick for me. It felt a little droney and I wasn't a fan of that. But the album is still great though. There are some fantastic vocal performances, just not every track matches up well with each other.

Ant: it was also down in a really cringy way. Especially on songs like gonna get close to you and surgical strike. But trust me when I say that I don't mean it as an overtly negative aspect of the album. I still love the vocals on those songs.

'Gonna Get Close To You' wasn't written by Queensryche though. It's a Dalbello cover.

That being said, that one song is the only reason I don't rate Rage For Order higher than Mindcrime or Empire.

Nah your cool you gave 'Walk In The Shadows' 10/10, so you know what's up.

That song is easily there best song in my opinion. If I did a countdown of like the top ten Queensrÿche songs, that would be number one.
