These reviews don't necessarily quantify talent as much as they do my personal taste in music. I'll always try to be as honest as possible though.

Never been a fan of Linkin, but who knows? I haven't heard much of their stuff besides the radio tunes.

I just don't care for Chesters vocals, or any other band with this kind of vocal style. Somewhere between Blink 182 and LP here, the whiny sinister phenomenon began, and it always makes me cringe. He does have a powerful scream though, so I'll give him that. The heaviness behind it is a bit generic for the genre too. It's not pushing any envelopes, nor does it capitalize on anything that was current at the time. The punches just seem phoned in, so I gotta give it a Meh.
