First reaction to all the music I've been shown. It's a LOT to chew through, but here's an early observation: Klezmer music is a ton of fun!




Those fast paced, winding melodies, with whatever that flute like instrument is called... they're pretty infectious. It reminds me, for whatever reason, of old 1930's cartoons, like Disney's Silly Symphonies animations. I'm surprised by how quickly I feel right at home in this style of music.
