I'm also looking for a Republica thread that's not ancient or a good place to talk about BritPop with no luck.
Actually Brit Pop "with no luck" is my favorite kind. I think it edges out the Lucky Brit Pop. I know not all songs here are 90s Britpop but I had to start somewhere, so I included 80s songs.

Brit Pop "with no luck"
Please, Please, Please Let Me Get What I Want

Inspiral Carpets - This Is How It Feels

Only Love Can Break Your Heart - Saint Etienne

Everything but the girl - Missing

Lucky Brit Pop
If "Lucky" Brit Pop had a theme song it would be Just Got Luck by JoBoxers

Jo Boxers - Just Got Lucky

Katrina & The Waves - Walking On Sunshine

The Verve - Lucky Man

Republica - Ready to Go

Is it me or is Saffron stealing moves from Ian Brown? The way she waves he arms and the way she runs in place just reminds me of him.
