Nah, the musicianship is pretty tight.
And MES is the worst singer in the world, sure, but exactly that makes him the best.
Not in a so bad it's good sense, more in a being punk and not giving a **** and doing your own cool, raw thing way.

Even I wouldn't call him the worst singer in the world, but I'm not feeling his delivery at all.

With the post you quoted, I was definitely not suggesting that it's all about "technical" ability. I'm not one of those guys. If I was, I wouldn't think Dream Theater is crap, but I do.

the drummers MES picks are always tight while having a lot of personality, holds everything together but not in a compromising way

drumming on Witch Trials is just straight up some of the best drumming in rock music I've ever heard

I gotta admit, when i first heard them they didn't impress me much but after searching a bit i found some songs i could get into like these 2





Im still not their biggest fan, they're very hit or miss for me but still, i got no critique for their sound. It's fine for what it is.
