1. What were your VERY FIRST impressions on listening to the album, say from the first five minutes in?

My god this is awful!

2. What did you think of the opening track?

Not much. It didn't fill me with confidence that this would be an album I could get into.

3. What did you think of the next track?

Actually worse. Not going well here.

4. Did you like the vocalist? Hate him/her? Any impressions? (see note 1)

Hated him. Too raw, too scratchy for me. Didn't like his singing style at all.

5. Did the music (only) generally appeal to you, or not? (see note 2)

No. Very punky, but not in a good way. Kind of almost more rockabilly, which is never a good thing with me.

6. Did the album get better or worse as you listened to it (first time)?

Very slightly better

7. What did you think of the lyrical content?

I found it hard to bother, I hated the singer so much

8. Did you like the instrumental parts? (see note 3)

There were a few nice parts, but not many.

9. What did you think of the production?

n/a

10. Did you know of this artiste prior to listening to the album, and if so, did that foreknowledge colour your perception of this album?

No and no

11. Is this, generally, the kind of music you listen to or not?

Not a chance in hell

12. Assuming you listened to the album more than once, on repeated listens, did you find you liked the album more, or less?

I liked it less each time I heard it. Once would have been enough, but I wanted to be fair, so I listened to it three times. I could have listened to it six times and I still wouldn't have liked it.

13. What would you class as your favourite track(s), if you have any?

I really don't like anything here. Not one track.

14. And the one(s) you liked least?

See above

15. If the album in question is a debut, did that fact allow it, in your mind, any leeway, and if so, was that decision justified or vindicated? (see note 4)

n/a

16. Are you now looking forward to hearing more from this artiste, if you have not heard any of their other material?

Not at all.

17. Were you surprised by your reaction - positive or negative - to the album?

Given the other comments, no, but considering how much Neapolitan and Pet Sounds rated the album, maybe a little.

18. Did the album end well?

No. Too damn long. It didn't need to be ten minutes long.

19. Do you see any way the album could have been improved?

Not really. It's terrible to me, but I'm sure others probably love it. I doubt they could change it in any significant way to make me like it, other than change the band, style, music – basically record a totally different album with a totally different band.

20. Do you think the album hung together well, ie was a fully cohesive unit, or was it a bit hit-and-miss?

Not the slightest clue. It all just blended together for me, and not in a good way.

3/10

This is pretty ****ing good. The second half of their songs really pick up and kept me interested throughout the album although some songs dragged on a little bit too long like illegal bodies and Mole Machine. I liked Mole Machine but i think it should be shorter. Dance The Mutation is a pretty simple jam but its a good one and Electro Rock is great but my favorite thing in this album is the 2nd half of Nazi Apocalypse. The bassline and drums go dark and the guitar has a great riff layering it, great track.

I'd give this a 7 out of 10

If I can't play it on my imaginary yacht then what's the point.

Oh wow, thanks guys!
They had me almost totally convinced I wasn't hearing the greatness that I was hearing emanating from my speakers while listening to Cyborg Revisited. Don't think I am gloating, I am not. I'm fully aware my fifteen minutes of fame is over. I'll pick another genre for the next round and all who dig this late-Garage/latte Psychedelic sound probably won't dig the groovy sounds from my next pick for the Album Club 2017.
