I think you would have it worked out if you really cared unless your phone is on an old operating system that no longer supports the platform.
My view on IT customer service is that no matter what they’re selling if they have a fix they’ll tell you but they’re not as prone to admit there’s no fix or if they think you’re likely to find it unacceptable, like get a new phone.
I’ve had to delete the app and reset my phone and **** when it got glitchy. It’s the first priority of my phone even before texting and calling and other websites or apps.
